The Role

The role is to interact with customers on behalf of colormass: manage projects, provide information about products and services, take orders and respond to customer complaints. Since colormass is still in the early phase of its international growth (we are a startup), don’t expect an ordinary customer service job where you have to go through a checklist of to-dos, but rather expect to be a part of forming a customer service policy. You will be tasked to understand and serve the biggest names in the furniture industry in a process that they are experiencing for the first time: virtual photoshoots.

  • Interact with customers: understanding the specification of the project and forwarding it to the project manager
  • Suggest customer policy ideas to the management
  • Give feedback on how our products and services should be improved

  • High motivation and perseverance
  • Strong passion for customer service
  • 1+ year experience in customer service or project management
  • Native English (or English speaking skills equal to a native speaker)

  • Advanced German language skills
  • Experience in graphic design software
  • Interest in photography or interior design

What we offer

  • Being part of a technological revolution and shaping the future of the industry
  • Dynamic, stimulating company culture with a very challenging vision
  • Continuous self-development and the opportunity to learn from highly skilled colleagues
  • Job type: Full-time
  • Location: Berlin (close to Ernst-Reuter-Platz) or Budapest

About colormass

We at colormass think that product photography is fairly outdated, however, no company has been able to substitute conventional photo shoots on a massive scale. We target the furniture industry with our main goal being to help furniture manufacturers create stunning photoreal marketing materials. We provide virtual photoshoots known as renders. Instead of taking the furniture pieces into a photo studio and photographing them in a traditional way, we just need two or three mobile phone snapshots and from those we are able to create high quality marketing images that can be used on websites or in catalogues.

Our vision is to broaden this method of crafting images to any tangible object and build a platform which will become the new standard for anyone creating photoreal images without the need for a camera.
