Junior Recruitment Manager

The Role

Recruiting great talents is one of the most crucial task of an early stage start-up like colormass.

How far we are from becoming a world class company, how the culture of the company evolves, how much we are going to change the world for better all depends on the developers, R&D engineers, product, finance and sales professionals that will join our team. Finding people who have the ambition and the skills to change the world is not an easy task.

That is also the reason why we are looking for a person who will be in charge of recruitment at colormass. You, as the first recruitment manager at colormass, will be responsible for finding and attracting new talents.

Your primary role in the beginning will be to get your hands dirty in finding as many suitable candidates as you can for certain roles, which includes posting job ads, searching through various lists of candidates, interviewing etc. As you gain more and more knowledge in what kind of team members we are looking for, your role will slowly transform into overseeing all aspects of Human Resources processes and building up our Human Resources team.

Responsibilities

  • Review applicants to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet the position requirements
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels and procedures
  • Maintain the internal candidate database
  • Communicate with the team to determine the success of new hires
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates
  • Proof read job descriptions and other related materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in recruitment
  • High motivation and perseverance to find the best talents in the world
  • Very good English
